We strive to provide our customers with the best possible buying experience by prioritizing flexibility and customer service. Please review the terms and conditions below, please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
- Replace the new machine - If within 30 days of receiving the goods (* Take the date of receipt of the goods logistics as the actual date of receipt), it is found that the machine is not working properly (except for non-human or other malicious acts), we replace the new machine for free.
- Damage to the goods - If on the day of receipt of the goods (* Take the date of receipt of the goods logistics is the actual receipt date), the appearance damaged is founded, please take the photo or video and send it to our staff at the first time, we can help you find the corresponding logistics to compensate;
- Warranty - The mainframe of all our machines provides a 13-month warranty and free replacement of accessories within 6 months. (*Except for non-human or other malicious acts)
For specific product warranties, please refer to your quote/invoice. We consider that you need to provide customers with a one-year warranty after purchase, so our company will provide you with more than one month of inventory time, reducing your stress. I hope this will give you peace of mind and confidence to work with us on a regular basis.
(*Because there are a large number of shipments and purchases every day, we regret that we cannot accept the return of the wrongly ordered item or the wrong part number. If special exceptions are approved, the restocking fee will be assessed. If you have any questions, please contact us at michelle@aesmedlaser.com.) - Quote Validity – All quotes are valid for 30 days and are based on the total bill of the material quoted and product availability. If you have a quote that is past 30 days old, please contact us to find out if the pricing and availability have changed before placing an order.
- Payment - We accept installment payment / Western Union/bank transfer, etc. as a payment option for purchase, and usually grant terms on the purchase order.
- Transportation - We ship most international orders through DHL. However, we are flexible and willing to ship FedEx, UPS, EMS or TNT on request. We can also help send it to your shipping agent for pre-transfer, please let us know your preference when placing an order. If you are not familiar with customs clearance, we will assist you in successfully clearing customs.
- OEM - If you have more than 5 orders, we will provide you with free OEM service. What you need to provide to us is LOGO (* ensures no trademark infringement); boot page LOGO or screen-printed LOGO, and tell us color, size, location, fonts, etc. (* If the screen printing is colored, we do not guarantee to accept this scheme).
- Customer Service Online - We provide you with 7*24 hours customer service online service, and solve all your problems for the first time.
